If you decide to make a "For Sale" sign, this page provides:
1. a list of sign makers that we or other sellers recommend; and
2. sign artwork that can be downloaded and emailed to your sign maker.
If you decide to design your own sign, please note:
1. to comply with provincial law, we can't authorize the use of myrealty.ca's contact information on your sign; and
2. we are not able to authorize the use of the Canadian Real Estate Association's trademarks REALTOR®, REALTORS®,
MLS® and Multiple Listing Service®" and the logos "REALTOR.ca" and "mls.ca".

Downloading:
Click on the sign you are interested in to view a larger version of the sign. This image can be
saved and emailed to your sign maker (or email this page). Your sign maker should be able to
do the rest.
Lawn sign notes:
Artwork is for a 30" x 18" sign.
Determine how your sign will be hung before ordering: drill holes are required for most H-stake
sign holders and grommets can be very helpful if you are planning on using a sign gallow or a
fence. Your sign maker should be able to help you in preparing your sign for hanging.

Condo sign notes:
Artwork is for a 24" x 12" sign.
Determine how your sign will be hung before ordering. If your complex has a sign gallow, your
sign should have four grommets: two at the top and two at the bottom. Signs are usually hung
by cable ties available at most hardware stores.
