2. We collect the minimum amount of information required to list a home with your local board's     MLS® system and to help us deliver and market our brokerage services.
3. Only authorized myrealty.ca employees, who are trained in the proper handling of client     information, have access to your information. Employees who breach our Privacy Policy will     be subject to our disciplinary process.
4. We will not reveal information to any outside organization unless we are required to by     law or as a condition of our continued use of your local board's MLS® system.
5. Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, we will require them to     conform to our privacy standards.
