myrealty.ca acts as an agent for home sellers in order to post, amend or remove a property listing in one of the following real estate board's MLS® systems:
- the Toronto Real Estate Board;
- the Calgary Real Estate Board;
- the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton;
- the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver;
- the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board;
- the Chilliwack and District Real Estate Board;
- the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board; and
- the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board.
Service Development
myrealty.ca service was developed by Mark Annable in 1999 for some of his clients who wanted to save some money selling their home through the local board's MLS® system and maintain control in the process. Originally called "MLSDirect.ca", the service started in 2001 in BC's Lower Mainland as "erealty.ca" and then changed to "myrealty.ca" in 2002. myrealty.ca has gone through many changes since that time including commencing service in Toronto in 2006 and Calgary and Edmonton in 2010. myrealty.ca continues to make upgrades to its service in response to its clients and the marketplace.
Registrations, licenses, insurance and memberships
In Alberta, myrealty.ca is the trade name for myrealty.ca in alberta inc. and is a registered brokerage under the Real Estate Act (Alberta). myrealty.ca is insured by the Alberta Real Estate Insurance Exchange. Mark Annable is the company's registered Broker and is also a member of the Calgary Real Estate Board and Alberta Real Estate Association.
In British Columbia, myrealty.ca is the trade name for RealtyCapital.ca Properties Ltd. and is a licensed brokerage under the Real Estate Services Act (British Columbia). myrealty.ca is insured by the Real Estate Special Compensation Fund. Mark Annable is the company's licensed Managing Broker and is also a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board, and the British Columbia Real Estate Association.
In Ontario, MyRealty Services Inc. is registered under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002 (Ontario) and is insured by Lloyd's Underwriters. Mark Annable is the company's registered Broker of Record and is also a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board and the Ontario Real Estate Association.
Mark Annable
Mark Annable has been in the real estate business for 24 years and has operated his own brokerage for the past 15 years. He is a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association. Mark has an MBA from the University of Western Ontario (Richard Ivey Business School) and B.Comm. from the University of British Columbia (Sauder School of Business).
