There is no charge to list. Pay only if your home sells. [?]
In addition to our commission, you must offer at least one dollar ($1) to other real estate agents through the MLS® system to help sell your home. [?] If no other agent helps sell your home, you do not pay this additional commission. myrealty.ca always gets paid 0.5% and only up to the first $1 million of the sale price of a home. There are no other fees.

1. Toronto (GTA) through the Toronto Real Estate Board.
2. Vancouver (GVRD) through the Vancouver, Fraser Valley,
& Chilliwack real estate boards.
3. Calgary through the Calgary Real Estate Board.
4. Edmonton through the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton.
5. Vancouver Island (except Victoria CRD) through the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board.
6. Okanagan through the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board.
